Dr. William Baumgartl is a highly respected physician specializing in regenerative medicine and advanced pain therapies designed to help the body heal itself naturally. With a rare background combining engineering and medicine, Dr. Baumgartl brings a uniquely innovative approach to restoring mobility, reducing pain, and improving overall health.

Dr. Baumgartl earned both his Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Mechanical Engineering from Virginia Tech, before attending medical school at the University of Florida. He completed his Anesthesiology Residency and Pain Management Fellowship at the University of California, San Francisco (UCSF) and is triple board-certified in Anesthesiology, Pain Medicine, and Addiction Medicine.

For more than a decade, Dr. Baumgartl has been at the forefront of regenerative and longevity-based treatments, including stem cell therapies, peptide therapies, hormone optimization, and advanced joint and spine proceduresdesigned to restore tissue health and function. He is the developer of the I-O Core Procedure®, a patented stem-cell–based treatment created as an alternative to joint replacement surgery.
